Welcome to ELURE. By downloading, installing, or using the ELURE mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
ELURE is an AI-powered personal styling application that helps users organize their wardrobe, receive outfit recommendations, and discover new clothing. The service includes free and premium subscription tiers.
You must be at least 13 years old to use ELURE. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
You may create an account using Sign in with Apple or email/password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it as necessary.
ELURE Premium is available as a monthly subscription at $9.99/month. Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions.
You retain ownership of all photos and content you upload to ELURE. By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.
You agree not to upload content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on the rights of others.
Outfit recommendations and style suggestions are generated by artificial intelligence and are provided for informational and entertainment purposes. We do not guarantee the accuracy, suitability, or completeness of any recommendation. You use AI-generated suggestions at your own discretion.

The ELURE name, logo, design system, AI models, and all related intellectual property are owned by ELURE and protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not use our trademarks without prior written consent.
The App may display links to third-party retail websites through our Discover feature. These links may be affiliate links. We are not responsible for the content, products, or practices of third-party websites. Purchases made through affiliate links are subject to the third party's terms.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ELURE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You may delete your account at any time through the App's settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. We will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the App or email. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
